About this policy
Make More Songs is an early-stage songwriting service. This initial policy describes our current intentions and will be updated as the service, infrastructure, and business develop.
Information you provide
We may receive the email address and account details you use to sign in, the songs and writing you create, files or audio you upload, messages you send to support, and information about your subscription.
How we use information
We use this information to provide Make More Songs, save and display your work, support sharing and collaboration when you choose those features, respond to support requests, manage subscriptions, protect the service, and communicate about your account.
Your creative work
You retain ownership of the songs, lyrics, recordings, files, and other creative material you add to Make More Songs. We do not use private creative work to train artificial-intelligence systems. When you choose to share work through the service, it may be available to the people you choose according to the sharing feature you use.
Payments and service providers
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles payment details needed to complete a transaction, while Make More Songs receives the subscription and billing information needed to manage your plan. We are still documenting the full list of infrastructure and service providers and will expand this policy as that work is completed.
Retention and deletion
When you delete content through the service, we intend for it to be permanently removed. If a Pro subscription ends or is downgraded, Pro-only content may remain available in a read-only and downloadable state for one year so you can export or migrate it. After that period, content that exceeds the limits of the available plan may be deleted.
Children’s privacy
Make More Songs is for people age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Contact and changes
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. We may update this policy as Make More Songs changes, and the current version will be posted on this page.
